Thank you to Michelle Wieldraayer who has shared her Yin and Yang soap that she has made using our activated charcoal powder. This soap sounds fab and as soon as it is for sale we'll be buying some. Here's what Michelle told us.. "Yin Yang Soap specially formulated for people with acne problems. I called my soap Yin Yang because Yin and Yang can be thought of as complementary (rather than opposing) forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts. I have incorporated aloe vera gel and bentonite clay to cleanse and purify skin. Bentonite is known for its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities, and chemicals. Geranium essential oil is an excellent essential oil as it is an astringent as well as antibacterial and antimicrobial. Lavender is good for acne. Rosemary is a powerful against bacterial infections. Lush oils like coconut oil and sweet almond oil helps to moisturise the skin. Coconut milk has antibacterial properties. The fats in coconut milk do not clog pores, thereby preventing acne. Activated charcoal makes pores smaller and cleaner. This little beauty will be available to buy in the near future…Watch this space!
