Dirty Lemon …. Ever heard of it?
Dirty Lemon is a health/detox/slimming aid drink taking the USA by storm.. At $65 dollar for 6 bottles… let me think... that’s £45 - £50 for 6 bottles...it's not cheap!!...
Here is a recipe for Dirty Lemon you can make with our Premium Pharmaceutical Grade Charcoal... at a fraction of the price.....
Ingredients
600ml of water (still or sparkling)
Juice from ½ - 1 lemon – start with ½ and add more to suit your taste.
1 tsp. of sweetness… try Agave, Maple Syrup, Truvia .. start small and add to taste
1 tsp. of Activated Charcoal (buy here)
1 pinch of Himalayan salt (buy here)
6 drops of essential oil (optional)…..try Sweet Orange, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin ... must be food grade... Sweet Orange is Lochside's favourite.
Instructions
Add water to a measuring jug.
Squeeze lemon juice into the water… start with ½ lemon juice..
Add salt and sweetness.
Mix it until all is dissolved.
Add the charcoal powder into the water and stir until evenly distributed.
Add it to a bottle.
Drink
*If left to settle shake before use*
*Can be kept in the fridge for no more than 5 days*
