Lemongrass & Mint Magnesium Mineral Bath & Foot Soak 500g

Magnesium bath flakes are a form of transdermal magnesium, a method of mineral supplementation designed to deliver magnesium through the skin for rapid absorption into the cells.  We have enriched our pharmaceutical grade magnesium flakes with pure essential oils of Lemongrass and Peppermint to provide a soak that is nourishing and medicinal.

• Peppermint Oil is renowned for its analgesic, anti-neuralgic and has a cooling and calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles

Magnesium Flakes, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil

As a foot soak: Place 100g - 300g into a bowl of warm water and soak feet for a minimum of 30 mins to allow magnesium to absorb through the skin.

As a bath soak: Place 250g - 750g into a bath of warm water.   Soak for minimum of 30 mins to allow magnesium to absorb through the skin.
