Bergamot, Cedar & Rosewood Magnesium Mineral Bath & Foot Soak 500g

Magnesium bath flakes are a form of transdermal magnesium, a method of mineral supplementation designed to deliver magnesium through the skin for rapid absorption into the cells.  We have enriched our pharmaceutical grade magnesium flakes with pure essential oils of Bergamot, Cedarwood and Rosewood to provide a soak that is nourishing and medicinal.

• Cedar Atlas is used in herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory and astringent properties that can benefit muscle and skin tone.

• Rosewood Oil is considers to have uplifting, analgesic, antibacterial and antiseptic and incredibly clarifying for body and mind

• Bergamot Oil is used by herbal practitioners for is incredibly calming and repairing qualities

As a foot soak: Place 100g - 300g into a bowl of warm water and soak feet for a minimum of 30 mins to allow magnesium to absorb through the skin.

As a bath soak: Place 250g - 750g into a bath of warm water.   Soak for minimum of 30 mins to allow magnesium to absorb through the skin.
